1. Definitions and Interpretation
"Company" refers to umrah.ng, a licensed travel operator registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria and accredited by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON). "Pilgrim" or "Traveler" refers to any individual booking a package or requesting a custom itinerary through our platform.
2. Registration and Account Terms
To access and book packages, you must create a verified pilgrim account. You agree to provide accurate identification document details. Upon registration, you will be assigned a unique Pilgrim ID. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and security of your payments.
3. Booking and Reservation Policy
Pilgrims can browse, compare, and select pre-structured or custom package tiers. Reservations are only guaranteed upon proof of minimum deposit. Group bookings are subject to strict host-authority limits, and custom travel plans require up to 48 hours for agent verification and price clearance.
4. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellations are subject to structural penalties to offset airline deposit losses and non-refundable Saudi visa fees. Modification requests must be communicated at least 30 days prior to departure.

5. Payment Terms and Wallet Usage
All prices are designated in Nigerian Naira (₦). A non-refundable commitment deposit is required upon reservation. Pilgrims can leverage our modular savings wallet to pay in secure installments. Final balances must be cleared completely 30 days before departure city check-in.
6. Refund Policy and Timelines
Approved refunds are processed strictly within 7-14 business days. Funds are returned exclusively to the original verified bank account or credited directly to the pilgrim's digital savings wallet, as requested by the verified account owner.
7. Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals. This includes maintaining valid identity credentials, mandatory health declarations, certificate of meningococcal vaccination, and international travel insurance coverage.
8. Document Requirements
An international passport with at least six months of remaining validity from the date of return is mandatory. Pilgrims must upload standard-format passport photographs and verified medical immunization cards during checkout.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company acts purely as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport authorities. We cannot be held liable for sudden changes in flight times, Saudi government visa policies, or force majeure occurrences that disrupt scheduled travel structures.
